What to expect from our crawley power washing service
RH10 covers the east of Crawley, RH11 the west, and we're across both. Between them that's Ifield, Langley Green, Northgate, Three Bridges, Pound Hill, Maidenbower, Broadfield, Bewbush, Southgate and Tilgate, plus the Manor Royal and Gatwick business area, where a good chunk of our commercial work sits.
Crawley's housing stock is unusual — so much of it was built to a similar pattern and age, with concrete paths, standard block paving drives, uPVC fascias and soffits, and long shared frontages. That works in your favour: we know these properties before we've even arrived, and can price accurately and quickly.
Everything is measured and priced in person, free of charge. Domestic jobs are usually quoted the same day; commercial and managed sites are surveyed first, then priced with a written method statement and risk assessment.
Domestic and commercial work we take on
We cover the entire exterior of a building, domestic or commercial. Householders most often start with a block paving driveway — cleaned, re-sanded, weed treated and sealed — then add a patio or a roofline visit because doing it in one visit costs less than two separate call-outs.
- Driveway jet washing — block paving, concrete, imprinted concrete and tarmac
- Patio, path and decking cleaning
- Roof moss removal by hand scrape, followed by biocide treatment
- Gutter clearing, leak repairs and full replacement
- Soffit and fascia cleaning, repair and uPVC refits
- Window cleaning with pure water, including high-level glass
- Commercial forecourts, car parks, loading bays, stairwells and walkways
- Exterior building cleaning — render, cladding and brickwork

Clay, traffic and shared driveways
Crawley sits on heavy Wealden clay, which holds water and keeps paving damp long after rain has stopped. Add the mature tree planting through most of the neighbourhoods and you get shade plus organic litter in the joints — the combination that turns a block drive green within two or three seasons.
There's a lot of traffic through the town too. Properties near the A23, Crawley Avenue, Manor Royal and the Gatwick approach pick up a fine oily film on render, glass, frames and paving that a domestic hose won't shift. That needs the right cleaning agent, and a pure water finish on glass rather than simply more pressure.
On shared or open-plan frontages, the practical question is where the water goes. We plan the run-off before starting, protect neighbouring paving and planting, keep silt out of the surface drains, and sweep up properly at the end.
Manor Royal, County Oak and the Gatwick fringe
This is a big part of our RH10 and RH11 work: industrial unit frontages, warehouse yards, loading bays, staff car parks, external stairwells, walkways, bin stores and high-level glass and cladding, all programmed outside operating hours so nothing stops.
Every commercial job is surveyed first. You get a written method statement and risk assessment, confirmation of insurance, and clarity on access — reach-and-wash poles up to safe working height, IPAF-trained operatives with a scissor lift or cherry picker above it.
For property management companies we also look after communal areas across residential blocks: paths, entrance canopies, bin areas, car parks and glass, usually set up as a repeating programme so a site never falls far behind.
Getting a job booked in
Ring us or send the enquiry form with the address and a rough idea of the work. For domestic jobs we come and look, measure up and send a written price, generally the same day. For commercial sites we survey first, then price each element so you can see what you're paying for.
Most domestic jobs finish in a single day. Sealing block paving needs the surface fully dry, so that returns as a short second visit. Powered access is booked to a fixed date because the lift is hired in, confirmed in writing beforehand.
The figure we quote is the figure you pay — nothing added at the end, and a straight answer if a surface doesn't need doing yet.
