A father-and-son team running a family exterior cleaning firm in mid Sussex, with over 20 years of hands-on pressure washing, roof cleaning and roofline work between us. Whoever quotes the job is the person who turns up and does it.

Do you work on domestic and commercial properties?

Both. Alongside houses and bungalows we clean shop fronts, offices, pubs, care homes, schools, car parks, communal walkways and small industrial units, and we can work early mornings or outside opening hours where needed.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Every job is carried out by our own team using our own equipment, which is how we keep the standard consistent and why we are happy to come back if anything is not right.

What equipment do you use?

Industrial hot and cold pressure washers, rotary surface cleaners, flat surface spinners, soft wash pumps and chemical applicators, gutter vacuums, water-fed and telescopic poles, high-reach ladders, roof scrapers and mobile water tanks.

How do you protect plants, windows and neighbours?

Beds and borders are covered or rinsed down, run-off is directed away from planting, windows and doors are checked before we start, and we clear up spoil rather than washing it into a drain or over a boundary.

Who we are

Sam & Son Jet A Drive is a family-run exterior cleaning company based between Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath. For over twenty years we have been cleaning, restoring and maintaining the outside of homes and businesses across mid Sussex and the wider South East.

We cover the whole exterior of a building — driveways, patios, decking, roofs, gutters, soffits, fascias and windows — so one visit from us can deal with everything rather than you booking in several contractors. Two decades on the tools also means we know which method, pressure and treatment each surface actually needs.

We turn up as a self-contained unit with our own water supply and industrial jet washers, so we never depend on a customer's tap or pressure. That matters in high summer when water butts run dry, and on rural properties where the nearest outside tap is a long hose run away.
