We cover the complete exterior of a property, which is why so many bookings here become more than one job. A block paving driveway cleaned, re-sanded, weed treated and sealed is the most requested single item; a driveway and patio together, or a roofline visit taking in gutters, fascias, soffits and windows in one go, is the most popular combination.

Clay, shade and why treatment beats blasting
Hurstpierpoint sits on the clay belt just below the Downs, and the ground drains slowly. Paving on slow-draining ground stays damp for days after rain, and damp paving in shade is the single biggest cause of the green film and mossy joints we get called out to deal with.
There's also a lot of mature planting, hedging and tree cover, particularly on the older roads, meaning leaf litter and organic silt working into paving joints every autumn. That silt behaves like a seed bed — spores germinate in it, moss establishes and holds even more water, and weeds follow within a couple of seasons.
Cleaning alone only treats the symptom. What lasts is clearing the joints properly, refilling with clean kiln dried sand, applying a residual biocide that keeps working after we've left, and sorting the overhanging growth or blocked gully keeping the surface wet. Sealed on a dry day afterwards, a block drive here stays presentable for years rather than a single season.

Narrow High Street parking and shared drives are routine and not a problem. Our vans carry their own water and generator, so there's no need to run hoses across a neighbour's frontage, and we stage larger jobs so nobody is blocked in.
