West Sussex spans the RH postcodes in the north, the BN postcodes along the central coast and the PO postcodes in the west, and we work all three. A typical fortnight might take us from a block paving driveway in RH11 Crawley, to a sandstone patio in Horsham, to a roofline package on a bay-fronted terrace in Worthing, to render and glass cleaning on a commercial building near Chichester.
It isn't one job repeated at scale. The Weald in the north is clay and tree cover, meaning damp paving and heavy moss. The coastal strip carries salt air, sand and airborne grime from the A27 corridor. The chalk Downs in between bring hard water, scale and lime bloom on stone. We price and specify each job around the conditions it actually sits in, not a national price list.

We cover the complete exterior of a building, which is why so much of our West Sussex work is a package rather than a single item. Homeowners usually combine a driveway and patio, or a roofline visit taking in gutters, fascias, soffits and windows while the access is already set up. Commercial clients tend to book facades, high-level glass, walkways and car parks together.

Three different landscapes, three different methods
In the northern RH postcodes — Crawley, Horsham, Southwater, Billingshurst — heavy Wealden clay keeps paving damp, and mature tree cover keeps it shaded. Together those produce the thick green film and moss-filled joints we see most often, and the answer is joint clearance, fresh kiln dried sand and a residual biocide, not simply more pressure.
Along the BN coast — Worthing, Lancing, Shoreham, Littlehampton — salt-laden air and windblown sand leave a gritty film on glass, frames and render, and black spot lichen thrives on south-facing slabs. Pure water pole cleaning is the right tool for the glass, and lichen needs a dwell-time treatment rather than brute force.
In the west, around Chichester, Bognor Regis and the villages under the Downs, hard water and chalk dust bring scale and lime bloom on stone and pool surrounds. We finish glass with deionised water and treat stone chemically so the surface isn't scoured in the process.

Our regular coverage takes in Crawley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, East Grinstead, Billingshurst, Pulborough, Storrington, Worthing, Lancing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Littlehampton, Arundel, Bognor Regis, Chichester and the villages between them. We also cross into East Sussex and Surrey regularly, so a job on the county boundary is never a problem.
Alongside domestic work we look after commercial and managed sites: industrial units, retail frontages, schools, care homes, pub gardens and communal areas for property management companies. Larger sites are surveyed first, with a written method statement and risk assessment, and work is timed around opening hours or tenant access.

Booking a visit anywhere in West Sussex
Ring us or send the enquiry form with a rough idea of the surfaces and the location. For most of West Sussex we'll come and look in person, measure up and send a written price, usually the same day. For multi-site commercial work we survey first, then price each site separately so you can see exactly where the money goes.
Most domestic jobs finish in a single day. Sealing block paving or oiling decking needs the surface fully dry, so that comes back as a short second visit, and we say so up front.
The price we quote is the price you pay. Nothing gets added at the end, and we'll tell you honestly if a surface doesn't need doing yet.
